Vanessa gets things done. Known for her tireless work ethic, dedication to her clients, and passion for home and design, she has been a resource for those seeking an unparalleled knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market for nearly 15 years.
Vanessa’s extensive network within Philadelphia and familiarity with its neighborhoods, Society Hill to Chestnut Hill, keeps her apace of the market and the needs of her clients. She maintains a wealth of knowledge about schools, neighborhood amenities, and (as a proud hockey mom) youth sports leagues.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Vanessa’s keen eye for what makes a home special led her to her own residence in one of Chestnut Hill’s most historic properties. Vanessa and her husband, renowned Chef Rob Mullen, enjoy their meticulously planted English gardens perched on the edge of Philadelphia’s treasured Wissahickon trails with their two sons.
Raised in Chestnut Hill, Vanessa along with Rob is the owner of the beloved neighborhood institution Campbell’s Place. They are also partners in Paris, a Chestnut Hill bistro and Jazz Club. Her connection to the community extends to her children’s schools and the many local charities she supports, such as Meals on Wheels. A recent profile in the Chestnut Hill Local described Vanessa as “supporting every possible local organization she can,” a philosophy many clients value as much as her real estate prowess.
